Platforms

To deal with the challenges facing both upstream and downstream subsidiaries, projects were formulated and classified under appropriate Programs. These Programs were then integrated into 7 platforms to improve the sustainability of operations and capture potential benefits such as increase in production, reduce cost and improve quality.
